Specifications

• Our Aluminum Composite Panel constitutes of two aluminum sheets, each on top and on the bottom of the panel, with polyethylene based center core. The three components are compounded in a sophisticated heating process.
• The top side of the Aluminum Composite Panel is coated with choice of PVDF or Polyester Coating, and then covered with a peelable protective film for protection; while the bottom side of the Aluminum Composite Panel is Polyester Coated as well, for protection purposes.
• As Peel of Strength becomes one of the main concerns of Aluminum Composite Panel standard quality, we have achieved the peel of strength of our product to be 1.7 times higher than China National Standard.
