ALUMINUM CORRUGATED PANEL

Similar to our Aluminum Honeycomb Panel, this Aluminum Corrugated Panel also consist of three layers. The top and bottom layers of this panel are aluminum alloy sheets, while the main difference is the central layer, where in this panel the central core uses corrugated aluminum structure. Reasonable price without compromising elegance, luxury and quality is what makes this panel special.

HEAT INSULATION PANEL

This Heat Insulation Panel is compounded with a special technology. It has three layers, where the top layer consist of PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel or Aluminum Sheet, while the bottom layer use XPS, EPS, and PU material. The heat insulation property comes from its core that is developed using either cellulose fiber insulation or polyurethane foam insulation material. The benefits of this panel on top of all the properties of common decorative panel are: Energy Saving, Heat Reduction, Fireproof, Excellent Climate Adaptability, Light Weight, etc.

ALUMINUM SHEET

Aluminum Sheet is our metal decorative product, where the base material is high quality aluminum. Through Fluoride Spray Coating Technology process, this sheet becomes corrossion resistant, weather resistant, and due to its fluorocarbon layer, it becomes more durable and has longer life. This Aluminum Sheet can be customized to meet the clients’ need.

GRANITE & WOODEN COMPOSITE PANEL

Our granite and wooden composite panel refers to granite or wooden look-a-like composite panel. We offer two kinds of manufacturing technology. One is applying simulated stone or wood texture decorative film to the aluminum surface of our ACP and then compounded with a sophisticated technique. The other method is to use rolling coating on the surface of the aluminum sheet. Through these processes, we can achieve the vivid feel of natural stone or wood on the application.

STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL & COPPER COMPOSITE PANEL

Similar to our granite and wooden composite panel, our line of steel, stainless steel, and copper composite panel, is developed to resemble the actual look of steel, stainless steel and copper surfaces. With similar manufacturing process to the granite and wooden, our steel, stainless steel and copper composite panel offers these looks :  Steel composite panel: oak wave, teak wave, rust red etc. Stainless steel composite panel: brushed-finish stainless steel, mill-finish stainless steel, mirror stainless steel etc. Copper composite panel: brushed-finish copper, mill-finish copper, mirror copper, classic copper etc.

FIREPROOF PANEL

As building safety standards keep on increasing and becomes stricter these modern days, our fireproof panel is developed especially just to meet the sophisticated building fire safety standards. Our fireproof panel are developed using halogen-free flame retardant modified polyethylene core material or other fire-retardant core materials, and can withstand up to B1-class level fire. These panels are suitable at places with high crowds such as: airports, theaters, transportation stations or terminals, gymnasiums, schools, hospitals and other mandatory requirement buildings.

NANO METER SELF – CLEAN PANEL

The most significant difference between the nanometer self-clean aluminum composite panel and the traditional PVDF aluminum composite panel is the additional application of nanometer layer coating on top of the PVDF coating layer, creating a superior panel that inherits all the features of common aluminum composite panel with additional functions of self-cleaning, anti-pollution and less dirt or dust pick-up. This panel is widely used mostly in luxurious projects.

COLOR CHANGING PANEL

Popularly known as “chameleon” aluminum composite panel, our color changing panel uses very special high-gloss paint that creates a smooth soft metallic color texture. This technology makes full use of the reflection, refraction and diffraction of light on the panel, that makes it seems to ‘change color’ depending on the light source and perspective change.

GRANITE HONEYCOMB COMPOSITE PANEL

Our Granite Honeycomb Composite Panel has all the properties of our Aluminum Honeycomb Panel, but with additional aesthetic value of natural granite, marble and stone look. This aluminum-stone (natural or artificial) composite type of decorative material has a standard thickness of 4 to 8 mm, and are developed with a special technology.
